Eligibility Requirements

• To receive your ScriptSave card, you must be an LCBA member (benefit status NOT required) as determined by Association records.
• When you receive your new LCBA membership card, the ScriptSave card will be on the back of your card for you to begin using immediately. If you are an existing member and do not have a ScriptSave card or your LCBA membership card does not have the ScriptSave card on the back, call 1-888-234-5222 to request one.
