Our Kudos Program has long been a valued internal tradition where employees recognize one another for going above and beyond, fostering a culture of appreciation and teamwork. Now, we’re excited to expand the program by inviting our members and their families to participate as well.

Through this new addition, customers can share their positive experiences—whether it’s exceptional service, a thoughtful gesture, or someone making a meaningful difference. Each submission is shared with the employee and the rest of the team at our monthly meetings, helping celebrate great work from both inside and outside the organization.
